Hilton Herbs is a global leader in natural health supplements for horses, dogs, cats, and birds - a family-run Somerset business with over thirty years of heritage and an audience spanning multiple continents. The brief was a migration from a custom CMS to Shopify Plus.
The challenge
Their existing platform had become a ceiling rather than a foundation. Managing B2B and B2C customers through separate systems was costing the team significant time, and the shopping experience didn't reflect the authority of a brand trusted by owners worldwide for three decades.
The work
The store moved to Shopify Plus and the experience was rebuilt around how Hilton Herbs' customers actually shop - by animal type and health need, so whether you're a horse owner or a dog lover, the right product is never hard to find. B2B and B2C were brought together on one platform, cutting the back-office burden dramatically and opening up new commercial flexibility.
