The Little Knitting Company
The Little Knitting Company is an independent UK retailer selling premium yarns, needles, and fibre craft supplies - with a strong commitment to natural fibres and eco-conscious sourcing. The project was a migration to Shopify, giving the business a platform that could actually keep up with them.
The challenge
Their previous setup was holding the business back - difficult to manage, hard to extend, and not doing justice to a carefully curated range. The catalogue needed restructuring so customers could find what they were looking for, and the team needed a platform they could run without constant friction.
The work
The store was migrated to Shopify and the catalogue structure rebuilt from scratch, so customers can browse by yarn weight, fibre type, or project type - whether they're after a skein of sock yarn or enough DK to knit a sweater. The new site reflects the quality and values of the brand: thoughtful, eco-conscious, and built for makers.
